We had an absolutely amazing stay at Fernside! The property is stunning, beautifully maintained and feels both luxurious and cosy. The huge and peaceful grounds made it perfect for relaxing and walking the dogs. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t recommend Fernside enough!

So thankful and grateful of this amazing house and facility it’s better than any 5* hotel. Luxury at its finest!! peaceful nights sleep with no noise breathing in clean air. PERFECT

Spent Christmas week here with my family and it was absolutely magical. We used all 6 bedrooms, and it was great having the children’s bedroom with the extra beds in too. I cooked a full Christmas dinner for 14 people, and the kitchen is my actual dream. Why have one oven when you can have 3? The bar is also brilliant for entertaining if you’re having guests over like we did on Boxing Day. Roy the caretaker was invaluable, he lives on the grounds and is so prompt in his WhatsApp responses which really helps as it’s such a big house with so many gadgets. This is my second stay at Fernside now, I’ll be back again for sure x

We wanted to do something special with the family to celebrate a birthday... We booked Fernside and I can only describe it as one of the best places we have ever stayed. Comfortable, huge - yet cozy and nothing short of high end luxury... and the kids had a vast amount of space to play. I would certainly recommend it... Managed the Gym (on site) in the morning too :)

Had the most incredible few days here celebrating for my sister in law’s hen do - The whole place is stunning, we have memories to last forever and would definitely come back in the future! Thanks to Roy for being a great host throughout also 🙌

This place is absolutely stunning with fantastic surroundings, a peaceful presence and oozes Elegrance throughout. With its very own pretty lake at the back its just perfect. Spectacular place! I only wish I had taken photos. My time there was to help a client along with my team of Waitresses for her sons 21st Birthday Event. It was spectacular. I was in awe. Beautiful to stay or to hold your very own Event whatever that should be. Its a must!!!

We had the most AMAZING day at this gorgeous venue. We hired for a photoshoot and it did NOT disappoint. Beautiful home with stunning grounds. The owner James is an absolute pleasure and does anything needed to help. We will most certainly be back again (would happily move in tomorrow!!) Stunning features. Lovely hot tub. Gorgeous amenities. Well stocked bar 😉

Exceeded all expectations!! Roy couldn’t have been more accommodating, and such a great host. Every request and question was met with a smile and was always on hand. The pictures honestly do not do this place justice!!! We had the most exceptional weekend and everyone loved the house. The house house has everything you could possibly need, and then some (sauna shower, hot tub, cinema room, gym)! You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Although the photos are amazing, the reality is even better. Fernside is an amazing property in stunning, tranquil surroundings. The garden is beautiful and Roy was a totally brilliant host. Really friendly and welcoming and made us feel completely at home. 12 of us stayed for a surprise celebration for our Mothers 80th birthday and we had the very best of times. The children definitely made the most of the totally amazing jacuzzi bath and the hot tub where as the adults made the most of the bar and amazing coffee machine!! Would totally recommend Fernside in a heartbeat

I had my hen do at Fernside House and WOW!! The house is absolutely incredible, everything we could have possibly needed it had and more, the host was so welcoming and accommodating and couldn’t do enough. With its own bar, cinema room, sauna shower and hot tub, we truly picked the best place to have it. Thank you Roy - you were amazing. The pictures don’t do this mansion justice. Just a 40-min journey into central Manchester too which was ideal.
